The yearly ski trip is a tradition for many families who enjoy the mountains and like to get together with their family in a ski town over the holidays. And we haven`t even considered what happens if your flight arrives at 4:15PM instead of earlier as planned, your shuttle is late, you take a wrong turn in your rental car, there`s heavy traffic on your way through town, or the kids are just moody and tired, etc.

The possibility for delays is always there, but it shouldn`t affect your long awaited vacation. Suppose your vacation home was already neatly stocked with groceries, everything carefully placed in the fridge and neatly arranged in the pantry, all just when you walk in the door. Now you can make everyone a snack and then relax instead of running a bunch of errands.
